mm looks good. we were a little late to do sugar snap peas, but we are starting to get the rest of it. we got our squash in a little late, but I can't wait until we have melons. (I think we have 9 mounds- 27 plants) It's fun to harvest my husbands labors ;)
I'm totally jealous - and even more jealous if your kids will actually eat that! I can get my kids to eat broccoli and cauliflower and sugar snap pea stir fry, but not bell peppers or squash!
Hahahaha, Ashley...no, you need not be more jealous. Amelia will eat a lot of veggies IF they are off Mommy's plate, but the only veggie both girls will eat consistantly off their own plates is lettuce. They had their fish and rice plain. I ate the rest for lunch today. Lindsey...that's a lot of melons! I've been surprised how well my sugar snap peas have hung on in the heat. I thought they would be dead by now, but they are thriving even in the 90s, and that's with MAJOR bug damage to the first 3 feet.
That is awesome Christie!!! That looks so good! I wish I had a garden... next year maybe. Or maybe I will just have my dad plant extra and go to the mountains and harvest... it would probably take me less time!
